Kenmare windows exhibition

Back to Kenmare in 2023!

The Mill Cove Gallery in Kenmare has organised a town-wide exhibition called the Kenmare Windows Exhibition, and I submitted two small works for it.

They are View Over Valentia Lighthouse, and Stradbally Beach, Maharees.

Valentia Lighthouse is hanging in the Mill Cove Gallery, along with some amazing art from other artists in the south-west and other parts of Ireland.

Stradbally Beach is in the window of Annabel Langrish’s business, across from Davitt’s Restaurant.

Both works are small acrylics on canvas, and are very affordably priced.

Needless to say I am thrilled to take part, and would like to thank the Mill Cove Gallery for organising it, and the local businesses for their participation and support.

Kenmare is a lovely town, beautifully located on the banks of the river, at the tip of the inlet, and has been a major Irish tourist destination for many years. It’s a great base for exploring both the Béara as well as the Iveragh Peninsula – also known as the Ring of Kerry. The town is also home to several art and photography galleries, and each gallery specialises in different kinds of work. Mill Cove Gallery exhibits paintings, prints and ceramic pieces made by artists based in Ireland.

The last day for Kenmare Windows is 20 August, so you still have a few days …
