I suspect the red building across the river was named because that was where people bought alcohol, but it's tantalising to think of it as a place to acquire other kinds of spirits. This was a lovely bright day in Limerick city outside of The Locke Bar, spirits were high - that is, everyone was in good form and enjoying the weather and the holiday and meeting friends.
