Every time we go to Valentia Island, we discover a new thing about it. Last time we were there, we hiked the hill around the old Telegraph Station. Another time we discovered a hidden beach behind a forest. And then there was the time we found a big secondhand bookshop in Knightstown, with a café. Another time we found the tetrapod tracks on the rocks. We’ve turned the car by the slate quarry under Geokaun Mountain more than once. And once we went down the tiny twisty narrow road to the Lighthouse. In 2022, we watched a pod of dolphins swim up and down the Sound between the island and Portmagee. Every time we’ve been there, we’ve admired the views over the Skelligs, all around towards Caherciveen and beyond, and across to the Blaskets on the next peninsula over. We still have a couple of places to visit on Valentia ….

Artworks in stock that weigh less than 20 kg will ship within 5 working days via the Irish postal system An Post (www.anpost.ie), with a Customs & Excise invoice. Please note that when a delivery of (an) artwork(s) from me is signed for, it is considered delivered to the buyer. Large artworks that weigh more than 20 kg will be transported in crates by a specialist art courier and different rates and delivery times will apply. Prices are shown in Euro.
